Patch release for chart font loading and chart image quality.

Changed

  • Render chart images through Skia as PNG and return chart responses as PNG. This avoids blur from JPEG recompression and makes chart output independent of the global export_image_format. (fbb62a6)

Fixed

  • Pass the configured FONT_DIR to the Skia chart renderer, so CJK and Japanese text declared in the chart CSS loads the bundled fonts. The Docker image relies on the configured font directories instead of needing Noto CJK system fonts. (fbb62a6)
