Adds an acquisition timeline mode to the card box image.

Added

• Arrange owned cards by the month they were acquired with group_by: "time" on the card box request, using each card's acquired_at. Months run from earliest to latest, each card gets a low-opacity tint in its character's color, and cards without an acquisition time are grouped separately. Long timelines wrap and dense months continue in extra columns. The existing thumbnails and user information are unchanged. The mode cannot be combined with unowned_only. (6a25d33) by @Deseer
