Banner images now upload through the authenticated admin API. The endpoint validates image content, computes the BLAKE3 checksum, stores the image metadata, and returns the image ID for the admin UI to attach to a banner.

Changes:

  • Add the admin image upload endpoint.
  • Remove banner folder importing and watching.
  • Fix Slack messages to use the supported text and mrkdwn fields.
