LibrarySpreadPanels의 "나의 활동 기록" 헤드라인 링크를 제거하고, 같은 노출 조건(기록 0건이면 숨김)으로 설정 패널의 로그아웃 버튼 위에 같은 스타일의 진입점을 추가한다. SettingsPanel이 이미 불러오는 recordCount를 그대로 재사용해 추가 요청은 없다. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
