The executable version of the clippy.desktop does not run on Windows 10 64 bits Insider, build 17603.rs_prerelease.171213-1610. It does nothing visual!

Hey there, just wanted to say that, it does something simillar.
Edit : Tried that on Windows 7 64bit, seems the 64bit binary is not working at all.
Edit 2 : It's simply not working at all.
