0.2.0-beta2 — Windows testing build

Windows now builds the full streaming stack — libshout (with TLS) plus the MP3, Opus, and Vorbis encoders. This is the first Windows build that can actually stream, and it has not yet been verified end-to-end on Windows hardware — so treat it as a testing build. If you run a stream from Windows, please report results on the feedback thread; logs especially welcome.

macOS (signed + notarized) and Linux remain the recommended-for-use builds.

Install — macOS: open the .pkg. Windows: extract the .zip and copy the obs-radio-output folder into %APPDATA%\obs-studio\plugins\. Linux: sudo apt install ./*.deb.
