⚠️ Breaking changes

• Rename the command to pmtiles-mbtiles-util and the import package to pmtiles_mbtiles_util. The original mbutil distribution ships a mbutil package and a mb-util script, so sharing either name meant both projects wrote the same files and pip installed them over each other without warning. mb-util and import mbutil no longer exist here (@acalcutt)
