Summary

Industry EDA release: Static BUILDML STATIC EDA and App Offline HTML alignment, adaptability proofs across 12 datasets, and the Industry EDA surface changelog cut for 2.5.0.

Changed

  • Industry EDA surfaces. Static research HTML is BUILDML STATIC EDA (Industry readiness sheet, html_format=research). The live dashboard is the Industry EDA App: Cockpit spine 01-08, Readiness Gates (UI-only session marks), Concept Academy (~204 CONCEPT_NOTES lessons plus readiness-path slugs). Shared analytic coverage and adapt helpers keep App and Static aligned. Design-source folder redesigning_eda/ removed from the tree; launch/preview/gauntlet helpers documented under scripts/.
  • Static Offline HTML primary. BUILDML STATIC EDA header export is Offline HTML only (re-download of the offline snapshot). CSV and PDF briefing header buttons removed from Static; App keeps Offline HTML as the primary header export with CSV/PDF on API routes for automation.

Added

  • EDA adaptability proof. Tier A proofs/eda-industry-adaptability/ evidences Static research HTML and Dashboard App sheet/API payloads across 12 datasets (sklearn real-world tables plus synthetic stress cases). Regenerates via python proofs/eda-industry-adaptability/script.py or scripts/eda_adaptability_gauntlet.py. Suite count: Tier A 63/63.
