Adds MIDI USB device support to the TechWave Audio Midi Controller Module.

To use USB MIDI, connect a USB plug into the Raspberry Pi Pico on the module (or, if purchased, use the installed USB jack on the front), and plug the other end into a computer or other USB hub device. The MCM-100 only supports reading MIDI in (no MIDI out packets will be sent). If a standard 5-pin MIDI cable is used, the USB MIDI connection will preempt it, and will be disabled until the USB cable is unplugged.
