Add Search by email field and UnsubscribeMeFromAll property to the Users admin page

The backend was adjusted within Techinterview-space/web-api#116 MR. The following should be done:

1. New string input to be added for typing and searching users by email
2. Selector to find users with UnsibscribeMeFromAll=true/false
3. Apply filter button
4. Reset filters button
