Introduce filters by User email and Unsubscribeme=true

Two additional filter should be introduced to the Search users endpoint which is called by admin:

1. By email
2. By having "UnsibscribeMeFromAllEmails = true" (name of the property is not a proper one)

Those filter should be in the query params which will be used by frontend
