Backward-compatible feature release.

Added

  • Charset-aware MIME decoding for quoted-printable and RFC 2047 encoded-words, with surrogate-pair handling so emoji/astral code points survive.
  • Locale-aware money parsing that reads 1.234,56, 1,234.56, and 1'234.56 correctly.
  • Four additional currencies in purchase detection: CAD, AUD, INR, CHF.
  • Expanded catalogs: +40 known merchants, +16 subscription services.
  • Subscription amount extraction now only trusts values within a billing context.
  • mboxrd >From body-line unescaping; news/newsletter treated as skip-words in domain-derived names.

Fixed

  • Newsletter detection no longer misflags gmail.com/hotmail.com as promotional senders.
  • stripHtml no longer double-decodes &amp;lt; into <.
