Bug fixes

Fixed a couple bugs and changed the versioning system. Now small features will be updated to the second value, bug fixes to the third, and major releases to the first.

Bugs fixed:

• Messages being spammed
• Being kicked because of the above bug
• Saddle check not working

I still have a couple more bugs to fix so I'm going to be releasing this version as a beta for those who would like the fixes.

Adds an option in config to allow the server owner to disable the "Enjoy your ride!" message that is sent after a player mounts a mob. 🖥️
