Fixed

• Reading Word documents now works on iOS. The reader used XMLDocument and XMLElement, which are only available on macOS, so the package would not compile for iOS (#1). It now uses XMLParser, which is available on every Apple platform.
• Runs that contain only whitespace are no longer dropped when reading a document, so words separated by a space-only run are no longer joined together.

Tests

• Added tests for parsing Word-style XML and for rejecting invalid XML. The full suite passes on macOS and on the iOS simulator.
