P02: establish GoJet V10 brand foundation

This PR completes the P02 Brand Foundation strictly from the approved V10 Brand & Design System contract.

Included

• canonical P02 machine projection of brand token names without duplicating exact Design System values
• Greenfield GoJet logo family: light/dark full wordmarks and routed Jet Path mark
• favicon SVG/ICO, 180×180 Apple Touch icon and 1200×630 OG brand image
• fixed logo/icon asset identifiers and authority metadata
• Jet Path path / node / split / pulse reference with reduced-motion behavior
• asset license/attribution registry and machine-readable provenance for all 7 runtime brand assets
• brand board and reference captures
• 8 deterministic P02 tests and exact-head CI

Authority rule

Exact visual values remain owned only by GJ-V10-DS-GREENFIELD-2026-08-20. TOKEN_IMPLEMENTATION_STAGE remains P03; P02 stores token names and brand asset identifiers rather than creating a second token authority.
