git-updater v0.1.2

Fixes

"Fetch failed" errors now surface the real underlying cause instead of a generic message.
Transient network errors are automatically retried.

Docs

README rewritten to lead with what the app does; internals moved to docs/INTERNALS.md.

Signed with Azure Trusted Signing. Portable — download the zip for your architecture (x64 or arm64), extract, run git-updater.exe.
