open-quake v0.7.0 — Panes
Panes: fill a big screen with your existing pages (Software mode).
A pane stacks 1–5 of your pages vertically, in one or two columns — up to 10 pages on screen at once, each a full 1920×480 page, no layout redesign needed. Two columns at half height fit 5-high on a 1920×1080 monitor.
- New Panes tab in the editor sidebar (leftmost & focused while Panes view is on): build panes from any existing Grid/Dashboard/App pages — flat page picker, drag slots up/down and across columns, × to remove, 5 per column
- Panes act like pages: switch with the window's ☰ button, per-pane global hotkey (with optional "disables rotation"), include-in-rotation, home pane
- Settings → Software → Software window: Show = Pages (classic) or Panes
- Pane switches adjust the window in place — position, size, and maximized state are never disturbed; window height follows the layout
- All stacked pages are live at once (pollers, counters, dashboards, apps)
No hardware-panel changes; Panel and Monitor modes are untouched.
