open-quake v0.7.1 — Microsoft 365 becomes a drop-in

Microsoft 365 is now an installable community drop-in with its own sign-in.
The Office panel — profile, live presence, calendar, app shortcuts, and one-tap Join meeting — moves out of the core app into community-apps/office/, where it manages its own Microsoft connection instead of a global setting.

• Per-app OAuth: sign in from the app page's own Microsoft 365 account → Connect control (or the panel's Connect when disconnected). The provider and its encrypted token are scoped to app:office — no global Microsoft OAuth setting anymore
• Seamless migration: your existing Microsoft/Teams tokens move once to app:office — reconnect only if prompted
• Install from Settings → Drop-In Apps → Browse, then add or select a Microsoft 365 page
• Meeting source: the Meeting panel's Microsoft 365 (Graph) option now uses the installed drop-in's connection
• Removed the global Microsoft provider, its Auth-tab entry, and the legacy Office capability-token machinery — tokens still never reach page JavaScript

No hardware-panel changes.
