ESLint Timeout Issue (Root Fix): Fixed embedded @invar/eslint-plugin CLI to use project root as working directory and added explicit ignores for .next/, node_modules/, etc. This prevents ESLint from scanning huge generated directories, reducing runtime from 10+ minutes to 2-3 seconds.
Project-Local Tool Overrides: Added Priority 1 to _get_invar_package_cmd to check for project-local tool builds (typescript/packages/*/dist/cli.js) before using embedded or remote tools.
ESLint CLI Stability: Added errorOnUnmatchedPattern: false to prevent crashes when a project doesn't contain specific file types (like .tsx).
