v1.4.0 - Simpler uvx Usage

Simpler uvx command syntax:

# Before (v1.3.x)
uvx --from invar-tools invar guard

# After (v1.4.0)
uvx invar-tools guard

The invar-tools entry point now matches the package name, enabling the standard uvx pattern.

Changes

• Added invar-tools as CLI entry point (alias for invar)
• Updated all documentation to use new shorter format
• Both invar and invar-tools commands work identically
