v0.4.12 — OpenCode large persona load fix

Highlights

• Fixes a critical hang/deadlock when loading large personas (e.g., vectl-planner at ~160KB) into OpenCode.
• Bypasses the underlying Bun.$ (BunShell) pipe buffer memory leak/deadlock during MCP tool execution loops by utilizing OS-level file redirection (> /tmp/...out).
• Restores 100% reliable, zero-degradation loading of massive prompts in roughly 100ms.

Verification

• uv run pytest -q → 553 passed
• invar_guard changed=true → passed
• Verified loading 162KB vectl-planner payload locally in simulated node runtime contract tests and e2e integration.
• uv build → built sdist and wheel with file redirection behavior included.
