Summary

Refines vectl checkpoint to be noise-free by default (v1.2 Lite Mode).

Changes

  • Default Lite Mode: vectl checkpoint (and MCP vectl_checkpoint) now defaults to lite=True.
    • Omits metadata (etag, generated_at, tool info).
    • Omits redundant active_steps if they duplicate the focus step.
  • Opt-in Metadata: Use vectl checkpoint --full (or MCP lite=False) to see metadata and raw details.

This ensures the default output is strictly optimized for LLM token economy.
