1. Download AutoWarmer-x.y.z.zip at the bottom of this page.
2. Double-click it to unzip.
3. Open the unzipped AutoWarmer folder, right-click AutoWarmer.command
   and choose Open, then confirm.

That third step matters: macOS blocks anything downloaded from the internet on a
plain double-click. Opening it this way once is all it takes — after that, a
normal double-click works.

AutoWarmer opens at http://127.0.0.1:8790 and walks you through setup: it
finds the tools it needs (and installs the two it can), asks for your Apple
developer key so it can sign the small helper app onto your phone, then asks
which accounts live on which phone.

What you need

• macOS with the full Xcode installed
• An iPhone you own, with Developer Mode on
• A paid Apple Developer membership (Apple only issues signing keys to paid
  accounts — a free Apple ID cannot sign an app onto a phone)

Notes

Everything runs on your Mac. No account is created for you, nothing is
uploaded, and there is no server involved.

Use Practice the first time on any phone: it drives everything for real —
opens the app, confirms it is on the right account, scrolls a real feed — while
holding every like, follow and save.
