Transparent application icon — the ICO no longer carries an opaque black backdrop.

Fixed: bound rows in the extension table rendered as a white block. DataGridView ignores alpha in cell fills, so the neon tints are now pre-blended against the surface colour.

Settings warns before overwriting a config file that changed on disk while the window was open.

Translations moved to src/Runly.Settings/locale/*.json with a translator guide. Adding a language no longer means touching C#.

The package version now comes from Directory.Build.props, so the archive name can no longer disagree with the binaries inside it.
