Add CORS headers to the Python web server. This should fix CORS errors when trying to fetch the data from another application.

Added support for pagination when fetching the data. This makes sure we get all the data in our request. This is currently limited to 15 pages per request. This is so we do not accidentally try to request hundreds of pages and overwhelm EXPOs API endpoint.
