This release promotes the latest SDCP 3.0 build to a normal release.

Highlights

• Default README is now English.
• Turkish documentation is preserved as README.tr.md.
• Repository screenshots were added under docs/screenshots.
• SDCP 3.0 printer status uses UDP discovery and WebSocket status requests.
• SDCP 3.0 .ctb file listing uses the protocol file-list command.
• Existing Nova3D / CWS printer flow remains unchanged.

Nova Fleet SDCP 3.0 Windows Test

Test Windows build from draft PR #8 (SDCP 3.0 connection/status monitoring). This is not the stable release. SDCP upload/print commands are intentionally disabled until real printer endpoints are confirmed.
