Highlights

  • Sentry operational privacy — Hosted Cloud error reporting strips auth headers, cookies, query strings, request bodies, Sentry user fields, and tt_live_* keys before send; fail-closed so reporting continues.
  • /privacy — Sentry described as operational monitoring with EU ingest (ingest.de.sentry.io), not zero-PII or full EU residency.
  • Affiliates (off by default) — Rewardful integration ships behind AFFILIATES_ENABLED / NEXT_PUBLIC_AFFILIATES_ENABLED. Leave unset in production to keep affiliates disabled.

Upgrade notes

Database

  • Applies additive migration 20261004180000_add_affiliate_tables (WebhookEvent, UserReferral, Affiliate, OrganizationReferral, AffiliateCommission). Hosted Cloud API runs prisma migrate deploy on production boot.

Environment

  • No new required env vars. Do not set AFFILIATES_ENABLED / NEXT_PUBLIC_AFFILIATES_ENABLED / Rewardful secrets unless intentionally enabling affiliates.
