• Product update emails — tagging a new minor line (vX.Y.0) now automatically sends the release email for the previous line, so subscribers are no longer missed when no milestone is closed; closing a historical milestone never emails stale releases, and the workflow gains a test_to input for one controlled test email (#801).

• Release automation — GitHub Releases are created automatically for production tags (#800).
