Summary

Production hardening wave on top of Career OS 1.2.0:

  • Schema CHECKs + updated_at touch triggers (app-schema)
  • Transactional promote RPCs (promote_accomplishment / promote_portfolio)
  • Hosted credential vault (app.provider_secrets + CREDENTIALS_KEK) with write-only edge RPCs
  • SPA split to web/ui/* and Board / Memory / Portfolio / Advise section nav
  • CI: pg-integration + Playwright memory-promote smoke
  • README conversion homepage: hook, hero GIF (memory-promote.gif), Why not ChatGPT table, career-loop diagram, collapsed demo gallery; public-safe assets under docs/assets/

Root package.json is private at 1.2.1. @telivity/careerops package version is aligned to 1.2.1; npm registry may still show 1.1.0 until a publish with NPM_TOKEN.
