Hi @ovizii — thanks for asking this. It is one of the first things people want when a property is listed in more than one place.

Yes. That is exactly what the channel / distribution layer is for: HAIP stays the PMS of record, and connected booking platforms stay in sync so you do not double-book.

How it works:

  • Channel managers (Beds24, Channex, SiteMinder, DerbySoft, and others) — the usual path when you are listed on several OTAs. HAIP pushes availability, rates, and restrictions out, and pulls reservations back in so capacity stays aligned.
  • Direct OTA adapters — Booking.com and Expedia adapters ship in the repo. Going live on those still needs partner onboarding, or you can route them …
