Fix auto priority files persisting.
Fix oodle binary not grabbing from The Crew 2 if unpacking files without compiling.
Set PitCrewBase to load before all user mods at priority 11.
Allow moving/deleting multiple mods at once.
Added a standalone updater binary alongside the program.
