• fix: correct baseline-profile target project and align flavor dimensions

- Change targetProjectPath from ":Signal-Android" to ":app" (was pointing to wrong project)

• Update product flavors to match app module configuration (website/prod instead of play/prod)
• Ensures baseline-profile builds against correct Ghostly.android app configuration
• Fixes flavor mismatch that would prevent variant selection from working by @TempleEU in #3
