Hello Tencent HY-MOTION team,

The Tencent HY-MOTION 1.0 Community License states that it does not apply in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and South Korea, and that the licensed Territory excludes these regions.

Could you clarify whether this means users in the EU, UK, or South Korea are not allowed to download, run, evaluate, modify, or use HY-MOTION 1.0, even for non-commercial academic research?

If academic research use from these regions requires separate permission, could you let us know the recommended process or contact point?
