tp\TouchPointWP\Meeting_GroupingWriter

Writes the posts for a grouping plan from Meeting_GroupingPlanner: finds existing posts wherever they are in the tree, moves them into place, and creates posts that don't exist yet.

Archived posts (those whose end is more than Archive After Days in the past) keep their content, title, and thumbnail. They may be moved, and their slug may change if it would collide with a sibling.

This is a trait of Involvement, so it can use Involvement's protected sync methods.
