Adds a complete CLI reference in both the executable and the release-versioned website.

Run shell help reference locally or open https://shell.online/cli/. The reference covers every public command, option, environment variable, auto-close format, structured output mode, relay status, alias, detach sequence, and exit status.

The documentation footer now spans the full viewport while retaining aligned content. All artifacts are covered by SHA256SUMS and release.json.
