Teradata Python Query Truncating

Hello Team,

We have been using teradata python connection internally in our company for an application. Some of the application users are complaining the data queried are getting truncated. We are not doing any kind of data massaging before printing it. Still we couldnt see the entire record body. Is this an ongoing issue or something that happened in the past? Any help appreciated.
