Automated accessibility test and report generation for a website

Usage:

1. Edit config with the name of the company running it, eg Terem, the logo of the company, and the URL the test is to be executed on.
2. run python a11y.py
3. Results are stored in report.html. Open report.html in a browser window while executing to see progress.
