v0.8.2 — Play stops wasting half its first row

A layout fix for the Play tab.

Instruments is the tallest panel in the app — a 287-instrument scroller with the profile
shelf above it — and Effects was full width, so it could not fit beside it. The result was
that half of the first row sat empty under the one panel you look at first, and Scale
highlighter was stranded alone at the bottom with the same dead space beside it.

Effects is now half width and sits next to Instruments, and Scale highlighter fills the gap
underneath it. The grid is masonry, so everything below repacks: Play is 27% shorter, and
no panel is left alone on a row.

Nothing moved between tabs and nothing changed behaviour — if you have dragged your Play
panels into an arrangement you like, your saved layout still wins.
