Home.md, Architecture-Overview.md, Testing.md, and CI-and-Tooling.md updated for current state (project counts, test counts, the new IntegrationEventTypeResolver testing pattern, the pre-commit build-check hook). IntegrationEventLogEF.md rewritten for full completion. New Identity.API.md page added, matching the one-page- per-project pattern already used for done/in-progress projects.
