  • CL-234 add the brain index with code-linked ranking, anchors and the brain tools; read the brain topic view from show --json and test the brain index; anchor only declarations the text names, else their type; document the brain index; offer the brain tools only for a registered brain and keep feedback out of the index fingerprint
  • CL-237 compare the brain repository by its real path so the symbol note shows behind a symlinked or short temp path
