What’s new

• Add opt-in durable step retries for transient failures through the new retry option on step().
• Configure retry eligibility, total attempts, initial delay, backoff multiplier, and maximum delay.
• Journal each attempt and suspend between attempts using durable timers, resumed with resumeTimer().
• Export the RetryPolicy type and document retry configuration.

Steps still run once by default.
