feat: add PyGhidra script execution endpoint and MCP tool

Add POST /script/execute endpoint to run Python 3 code inside Ghidra
via the PyGhidra runtime, with GET /script/capabilities for runtime
detection. Includes script_execute and script_capabilities MCP tools
in the Python bridge, plus pyghidra_available flag on /info response.

Provider selection iterates all GhidraScriptProviders by
getRuntimeEnvironmentName() instead of relying on getProvider()
which returns Jython first for .py files.
