Minor Changes

  • 2fa5928: Add DetailedChargeStateCalibrating to telemetry DetailedChargeStateValue, sourced from Tesla's public vehicle-command repository. Reserve the numbers for three expected-but-unconfirmed Powershare telemetry values (not yet observed, no generated members added for them).
