Degree list changes revert automatically after a few days #2114
Description
I deleted all existing degrees and re-added the 9 degrees that needed to be added. However, the changes do not seem to persist — after a couple of days, the degree list reverts back to the previous state (e.g., from 9 degrees back to 53).
Steps to Reproduce:
Delete all existing degrees.
Add 9 degrees manually.
Wait 2–3 days.
Observe that the list reverts to the original state.
Expected Behavior:
The updated degree list should remain unchanged after being saved.
Actual Behavior:
The system reverts to the previous list after some time.
