Update short paper (index.html) to current app state: - 34 → 42 MCP tools, v1.5.0 → v1.7.2 - 3 → 5 named graphs (add ontologies + provenance) - Add Horridge-style justifications and axiom-weakening repairs - Retarget footer to DMKG 2026 workshop Add demo paper (demo.html) for the ≤4-page demo/poster track, focused on PMDco data-quality correction workflow. Update build script to support both variants via argument.

Short paper: - Reframe contributions for DMKG audience (KG quality, lifecycle, governance) - Add Horridge [12], Troquard [13], Dagre [14] refs; cite orphan ref-9 (OWL 2) - Fix Dagre citation (was sharing ELK ref-8) - Clarify navigator.modelContext as polyfill, not standard API - Drop "SPARQL-based constraints" (shacl-engine is SHACL Core) - Soften "67 community-maintained SHACL auto-shapes" to verifiable claim - Say "five principal named graphs" (code has additional internal graphs) - Update keywords for DMKG relevance Demo paper: - Fix reference numbering (reorder <li> to match inline [N] citations) - Add Horridge [7] citation for laconic justifications - Add materialization sentence (inferred triples stored before SHACL) - Soften SHACL shapes count claim Both papers: - Add co-author Sai Teja Potu with ORCID
