Hotfix for toggle, uninstall, and UI overflow issues.

Fixes

  • Hidden non-functional toggles -- plugin group rows in My Setup no longer show toggles that don't work. Rows are no longer dimmed.
  • Gemini CLI toggle fix -- same toggle/dimming fix applied to Gemini CLI extension components.
  • Install dropdown clipping -- the install location dropdown in Browse no longer gets clipped by the detail panel.
  • Bulk uninstall dialog overflow -- selecting many plugins no longer causes the confirmation dialog to overflow the screen.
  • Plugin sub-component uninstall -- bulk uninstall now correctly routes plugin sub-components through plugin-level uninstall instead of failing with "invalid characters" error.
  • Multi-error visibility -- when multiple uninstalls fail, all errors are shown in a scrollable toast instead of only the last one.
