v1.8.0 - Portable bundles and better plugin scanning

Whats new

• Marketplace URLs in bundles - exported .aibundle files now include repo URLs for each plugin, making bundles portable across machines
• .claude/ subdirectory scanning - plugins that store components under .claude/skills/ are now properly enumerated
• No local paths in bundles - install paths stripped from exports
• LSP server support - scan, import, export language server configs
• 1864 tests passing across 80 test files
