Feedback:

• Nice to have demos to show
• Two schools of thought... design (i.e. plan everything) and "extreme programming" (jump right in...)
• Maybe include legend in diagrams for extra clarity
• Making choices (e.g. what website framework to use) -- use whatever you're comfortable with
• Take care of obvious things first (e.g. render something preferred over establishing login)
• Can do risk analysis: risk, probability, impact, mitigation
• Grad student Mohammad can help with sensor stuff
