v3.3.5
v3.3.5 — MCP project resolution fix (Cursor/Windows)
Fixes #8 — agentsecrets mcp serve no longer depends on the client's
working directory to find your project.
Fixed
- MCP server launched from any directory (e.g. Cursor starting it from the
user profile folder) now resolves the project instead of failing with
"no project configured in current directory". mcp installpins the repo into the written Cursor/Claude entry via
AGENTSECRETS_PROJECT_DIR, so fresh installs work with zero manual config.- New
mcp serve --project-dir <path>flag (andAGENTSECRETS_PROJECT_DIR
env var) for explicitly pointing the server at a project. - Fallback to the globally selected project when no directory context exists.
- Same fix applied one layer down: secret listing, diff, and workspace-key
resolution no longer fail headlessly; also fixed a latent nil-pointer
panic in the diff path when no project is configured.
Upgrade: reinstall via npm/pip, or download the 3.3.5 binary from the
assets below, then re-run agentsecrets mcp install from your repo.
