v0.8.10 — read parts that fit, plugin re-resolve, role-log gaps

What you can now do. Every session reads its context floor in parts that fit, the plugin version you see follows each update, and a skipped role log shows up the next morning.

• The floor names its own read parts. A fixed 600-line part could be too big for one read; the floor now lists exact line ranges that fit.
• /aios:update refreshes the plugin itself (claude plugin update aios@the-aios), so the version shown matches the release.
• Role logs: /today and /close-day report the days since the last one when role logs are set up.

Action required: none; start a new session.
